I'm Anne Holland and I love to sew.
First moved to Key West in August of 1996 from Virginia Beach.
My love for sewing began when I owned a boutique at the upper end of Duval Street from 1999-2000. There I offered clothing from conservative linen dresses to dresses from Indonesia, which I prefer due to the bright colors and patterns. The shop carried slacks, blouses, and dresses from local fashion designers. This is where I started doing alterations and even created a bridal gown. My shop also sold artwork from local Key West artists. Key West has a thriving arts community and I'm thrilled to take part.
My Key West work experience has consisted mostly of retail stores, a historical bed and breakfast inn for 2 years. I even worked in a candy store where I learned how to make fudge.
But sewing is my passion and thus...Sew Key West. I'd love to be YOUR Key West seamstress. Please consider my services for alterations, fashion design or anything you want sewn in Key West.
